Privacy policy
Who we are
This policy covers two historical newspaper archives: coralgableshistory.net and paraguayhistory.net (the "Sites"). Both are run by 305 Agentic LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we" or "us"). We collect very little information about you, we do not sell it, and we use it only to run the Sites.
What we collect
- Sign-in details. When you sign in, we receive your email address. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name as Google shares it.
- Your searches and activity. We record the questions you ask, the searches you run (including photo and ad searches), the choices you pick in search helpers, and the pages you open. These records are linked to your email address.
- Technical data. Our servers automatically log your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time.
We do not collect payment details, health information, or government ID numbers. You can browse the public pages of the Sites without signing in.
How we use it
- To let you sign in and use search.
- To answer your questions. Your search text is sent to third-party AI and cloud services that find matching pages and write the answer. We send the search text, not your email address.
- To keep the Sites working and secure, for example to spot abuse or unusual traffic.
- To improve search quality, using counts and examples of past searches.
- To send a welcome email when you first sign in. We do not send marketing email.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only:
- with service providers that host the Sites, send email, handle sign-in, or run AI search, and only as needed to provide those services;
- if the law, a court order, or a valid legal request requires it; and
- if a Site is transferred to a new operator, such as a library or government body. In that case the new operator's privacy policy will apply, and the Site will say so.
Cookies and tracking
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party ad networks. As described above, we log your searches and page views on our own servers.
Your browser may send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because we do not track you across other websites, the Sites work the same way whether or not that signal is on.
